Innovation, the main topic at European Communications Convention ’15

The spirit of Nobel Laureates will feature at ECC

The main theme of ECC ’15 is innovation and will identify and focus on what is innovative PR, PR for innovations as well as innovation management.

Sarah Pinch, president of ECC-partner CIPR, said: “Innovation has to be at the core of our practice if we are to serve our clients and society well.  The theme of this year’s Communications Convention is well-chosen and very timely and we all have much to learn if we are to play our full part in creating a successful and sustainable economic future.”

The spirit of Nobel Laureates

What can be more innovative than a development for which its creator receives a Nobel Prize? But how difficult is it to communicate these outstanding innovations? One of the most important annual international gatherings is the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. Held for the first time in 1951, the Lindau Meetings established themselves as a unique platform for the exchange and dialogue between different scientific generations. For more than 60 years now  Laureates young and promising Young Researchers meet once a year in Lindau. At the 2015 Lindau Meeting a record number of around 65 Nobel Laureates will congregate to meet the next generation of leading scientists and researchers.

At the ECC the meeting organizers and communicators will show how to communicate such an event and let the participants feel the spirit of Nobel Laureates.
